Je hebt nog 25 dagen om te solliciteren Functieomschrijving Binnen de afdeling Reparatie en Onderhoud werk je aan het repareren en onderhouden van carrosserieën en trailers van klanten, 2 e hands- en verhuurtrailers. Je ontvangt de werkopdrachten van de meewerkend voorman en voert de werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit. Daarnaast verzorg je als monteur een beperkte administratie: je registreert de gebruikte materialen en boekt de uren op de juiste opdrachten. De afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 5 personen: een meewerkend voorman en 4 monteurs. Werkzaamheden: - onderdelen van de opbouw demonteren; - verspanende bewerkingen uitvoeren, zoals zagen, slijpen, boren en draaien; - niet-verspanende bewerkingen uitvoeren, waaronder knippen, buigen en ponsen; - transportbanden, slikranden en afdekzeilen repareren, onderhouden of vervangen; - hydraulische en pneumatische systemen herstellen; - elektrische storingen van 24 volt oplossen; - MIG/MAG-laswerk uitvoeren aan aluminium en staal. Functie-eisen Om deze functie goed uit te voeren, zijn wij op zoek naar een professional met: - Een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding. - Ervaring met MIG-aluminiumlassen (pré). - Het vermogen om werktekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren. - Kennis van en ervaring met pneumatiek, elektra en hydrauliek (pré). - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Daarnaast breng je technische kennis mee, toon je initiatief en pas je je gemakkelijk aan verschillende situaties aan. Je werkt vanzelfsprekend nauwkeurig en levert kwaliteit.
