Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het (de)monteren en testen van grote hydraulische cilinders tot wel 24 meter lengte! Je houdt je bezig met: - Demonteren, reinigen, inspecteren, repareren en monteren van hydraulische cilinders. - Vaststellen van schades, afwijkingen en defecten en deze vastleggen in inspectie- en schaderapporten. - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, maatvoeringen en hydraulische schema's. - Uitvoeren van metingen en controles met specifieke meetapparatuur om kwaliteit en functionaliteit te waarborgen. - Testen van gereviseerde cilinders op werking en lekdichtheid met behulp van testfaciliteiten.
