Deze technische dienstverlener is al jarenlang specialist op het gebied van service en onderhoud aan CNC- en metaalbewerkingsmachines binnen de maakindustrie. Vanuit meerdere locaties ondersteunen zij productiebedrijven met specialistische kennis en technische expertise.

De organisatie maakt onderdeel uit van een internationale groep met honderden technische specialisten. Binnen Nederland werk je samen met ervaren monteurs en engineers die kennisdeling, vakmanschap en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel hebben staan.

Voor deze functie werk je volledig op één vaste klantlocatie in de regio Hengelo, waardoor je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en een belangrijke schakel wordt binnen het productieproces.

De functie

Dit ga je doen

Als Monteur Technische Dienst CNC ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de storingen en de betrouwbaarheid van een modern machinepark. Je werkt op één vaste productielocatie en wordt een bekend gezicht binnen de organisatie.

Doordat je dagelijks met dezelfde installaties werkt, bouw je diepgaande technische kennis op. Hierdoor los je niet alleen storingen op, maar speel je ook een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van machines, processen en onderhoudsplannen.

Als Monteur Technische Dienst CNC houd jij je bezig met:

- Oplossen van mechanische, hydraulische en elektrotechnische storingen

- Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en inspecties

- Reviseren van CNC- en verspanende machines

- Signaleren en doorvoeren van technische verbeteringen

- Ondersteunen van productie bij technische vraagstukken

- Fungeren als technis
