The posting

- Werken bij Welgro Monteur Compressoren (nieuwbouw/revisie) Voor de afdeling Pompunits zoeken we een ervaren Monteur Compressoren (nieuwbouw/revisie). Welgro bouwt al 65 jaar bulkwagens voor het vervoer van veevoeders en droge grondstoffen. We zijn een mooi maakbedrijf in de Achterhoek met ca. 125 medewerkers. Bij Welgro komen techniek, innovatie en vakmanschap samen. Wat ga je doen? Bij de afdeling Pompunits worden blowers en/of compressoren die als onderdeel dienen voor het losproces van de Welgro bulkwagen op de trucks gemonteerd en gelast. Daarbij hoort ook het aansluiten (elektra en hydrauliek) en onderhoud-, reparatie- en revisiewerkzaamheden aan blowers en compressoren. Daarnaast ondersteun je af en toe de nieuwbouw. De opdrachten zijn divers, dus zelfstandigheid, praktisch inzicht, probleemoplossend vermogen en ervaring zijn belangrijke kwaliteiten die je nodig hebt in deze functie. De afdeling Pompunits is een klein team van drie medewerkers en is onderdeel van de afdeling Service & Pompunits. Wat moet je kunnen? Je past goed bij ons bedrijf en op deze functie als je beschikt over: - Een technische opleiding, zoals MBO Werktuigbouw, Elektrotechniek of Autotechniek. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Ervaring met het reviseren van motoren is een pré; het is precisiewerk, dus heel nauwkeurig kunnen werken en ook ervaring met lassen (MIG/MAG) is noodzakelijk. - Een enthousiaste, praktische en flexibele instelling, accuratesse en bovenal passie voor techniek .
