Ben jij iemand die graag buiten werkt, houdt van fysiek en technisch werk en trots is op zichtbare resultaten? Heb je zin om mee te bouwen aan grote agrarische en industriële projecten waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken.

Je vertrekt ’s ochtends samen met je team naar de werf. Daar werk je mee aan grote constructies en zie je elke stap van het project vooruitgaan. Je werkt meestal enkele weken op dezelfde werf, waardoor je echt betrokken bent bij het resultaat

Wat ga je doen? Als monteur ga je elke dag samen met je team op pad naar de werf. Je werkt mee aan het volledige bouwproces en krijgt de kans om het vak stap voor stap te leren als je nog niet alles kent.

Wat je precies doet:

  • Je plaatst staalconstructies op de werf
  • Je monteert prefab betonmuren en betongewelven
  • Je plaatst betonnen en stalen trappen
  • Je monteert houten gordingen en gelamelleerde liggers
  • Je plaatst metalen sandwichpanelen voor dak en gevel
  • Je helpt bij het plaatsen van steeldeck en dakafwerking
  • Je werkt gemiddeld 3 à 4 weken op dezelfde werf en ziet zo een project echt groeien

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een stabiel en groeiend bouwbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in agrarische en industriële projecten zoals stallen, bedrijfshallen en constructies in staal, beton en hout. Hier wordt alles aangeleerd op de werkvloer en kan je op termijn doorgroeien tot ploegchef, afhankelijk van je inzet, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ervaring die je opbouwt op de werf. Je bent iemand die:

  • Ofwel ervaring heeft in montage, of graag het vak wil leren (schoolverlaters zijn welkom)
  • Graag buiten werkt en niet bang is voor fysiek werk
  • Fysiek in orde is en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt
  • Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kan werken
  • In het bezit is van rijbewijs B
  • Vlot Nederlands spreek
