The posting

Als monteur CV/SAN of loodgieter ben je verantwoordelijk voor herstellingen, onderhoudswerken en kleinere installatieprojecten bij professionele klanten zoals scholen, woonzorgcentra en kantoorgebouwen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen, onderhoudswerken en kleinschalige installaties aan verwarmings-, sanitaire-, ventilatie- en koelinstallaties.
  • Voorbereiden van je werkzaamheden en het benodigde materiaal verzamelen op basis van digitale werkbons.
  • Zelfstandig bepalen van de meest geschikte uitvoeringsmethode in overleg met de servicecoördinator.
  • Monteren en demonteren van leidingen, toestellen en toebehoren om installaties opnieuw correct in dienst te stellen.
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke onderhoudswerken, waaronder het reinigen van installaties, technische ruimtes, filters en andere onderdelen volgens de voorschriften van de fabrikant.
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, werkuren en materiaalverbruik.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek en de werf steeds ordelijk achterlaten.

Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in verwarming, sanitair, loodgieterij, metaal of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het monteren, onderhouden en herstellen van CV- en sanitaire installaties.

Je hebt interesse in verschillende technieken, waaronder verwarming, ventilatie, koeling en sanitair.

Je kan zelfstandig werken en voelt je comfortabel om alleen op de baan te zijn.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en draagt zorg voor je werkmateriaal.

Je bent klantvriendelijk, communicatief en servicegericht ingesteld.

Je kan vlot werken met digitale werkbons voor de registratie van werkuren, uitgevoerde werken en materiaalverbruik.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
