The posting

Voor een technisch onderhoudsteam zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren monteur in HVAC en sanitair.

In deze rol ga je zelfstandig op pad voor uiteenlopende interventies bij klanten zoals scholen, woonzorgcentra en kantooromgevingen. Het gaat voornamelijk om herstellingen, preventief onderhoud en kleinere installaties die meestal binnen één à twee werkdagen afgerond worden.

Je dag start met een digitale werkplanning. Op basis daarvan bereid je je werk voor en haal je het nodige materiaal op. Je vertrekt ’s ochtends rechtstreeks naar de klant en voert daar je opdrachten zelfstandig uit.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen en onderhoud aan verwarmings-, sanitair-, ventilatie- en koelinstallaties
  • Monteren en demonteren van leidingen, toestellen en technische componenten
  • Oplossen van storingen zodat installaties opnieuw correct functioneren
  • Periodiek onderhoud: reinigen, vervangen en controleren van onderdelen volgens voorschriften
  • Afwerken van je werf op een nette en georganiseerde manier
  • Registreren van je werk via digitale werkbonnen (uren, materiaal en uitgevoerde werken)

Je bepaalt samen met de servicecoördinator de aanpak ter plaatse, afhankelijk van de situatie.

We zoeken iemand met een stevige technische basis en vooral veel praktijkervaring.

  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd in verwarming, sanitair, loodgieterij, metaal of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen in montage en herstellingen binnen HVAC/sanitair
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een zelfstandige rol en werkt vaak alleen op de baan
  • Je hebt een brede technische interesse in verwarming, ventilatie, koeling en sanitair
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met klanten op de werkvloer
  • Je kan goed overweg met digitale tools voor werkregistratie en planning
