Jouw passie, onze belofte Binnen Abemec staan techniek, innovatie en betrouwbaarheid centraal. Met Abemec Dairy richten wij ons volledig op melkwinning en stalinrichting voor melkveehouders in Noord-Nederland. Als Monteur Dairy ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van melkwinningsinstallaties. Jij werkt aan het hart van het melkveebedrijf. Jouw werkzaamheden Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Installatie en inbedrijfstelling van melkwinningssystemen en stalinrichting - Preventief onderhoud aan melkstallen, melkrobots, vacuümsystemen en koeltanks - Storingsdiagnose op mechanisch, elektrisch én besturingstechnisch niveau - Controleren, afstellen en vervangen van sensoren, pulsatoren, pompen en besturingscomponenten - Uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties op werking, hygiëne en slijtage - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van kleine revisies en technische aanpassingen - Analyseren van terugkerende storingen en aandragen van structurele verbeteringen - Opstellen van servicerapportages en duidelijke terugkoppeling naar klant en collega's - Adviseren van melkveehouders over onderhoud, gebruik en optimalisatie van hun installatie Je lost dus niet alleen storingen op, maar denkt actief mee over hoe installaties betrouwbaarder, efficiënter en duurzamer kunnen functioneren. Daarmee lever je direct een bijdrage aan de continuïteit van het melkproces.
