Motoren, pompen, transportinstallaties, schakelkasten, meet- en regelapparatuur en complete procesinstallaties, jij zorgt ervoor dat de elektrotechniek blijft doen wat het moet doen. Een storing is voor jou geen simpel probleem dat je zo snel mogelijk wilt oplossen. Je wilt weten waarom een installatie uitvalt. Je analyseert, meet door, zoekt het probleem in de installatie en zorgt vervolgens voor een duurzame oplossing. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met preventief onderhoud en ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding van technische werkzaamheden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrotechnische installaties. - Lokaliseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen. - Storingsanalyse aan o.a. elektromotoren, schakelkasten en elektrische aandrijvingen. - Controleren en onderhouden van meet- en regelapparatuur. - Uitvoeren van metingen aan elektrische circuits en installaties. - Onderhoud en werkzaamheden aan E&I-installaties. - Controleren of installaties en componenten correct functioneren. - Voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en opstellen van werkopdrachten. - Bepalen welke materialen en onderdelen nodig zijn voor een klus. - Verwerken van technische werkzaamheden en materiaalgebruik in het onderhoudssysteem. - Overleggen met operators en collega's uit de technische dienst wanneer een storing invloed heeft op het productieproces. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoor...
