Als Monteur E&I ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, inspecteren en verbeteren van de elektrotechnische en instrumentatie-installaties binnen de fabriek. Je werkt in dagdienst en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat de productie-installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen aan elektrische installaties, sensoren, transmitters en meet- & regelapparatuur. Daarnaast voer je preventief onderhoud uit, test je installaties en kalibreer je instrumentatie om de betrouwbaarheid van het productieproces te waarborgen. Ook ondersteun je bij modificaties, onderhoudsstops en technische projecten waarbij je meedenkt over structurele verbeteringen. Je werkt met uiteenlopende technieken, zoals meet- en regeltechniek, procesinstrumentatie, PLC-besturingen, frequentieregelaars, elektromotoren en laagspanningsinstallaties. Veiligheid staat hierbij altijd voorop en je legt jouw werkzaamheden zorgvuldig vast in het onderhoudssysteem.
