Via de grote providers (o.a. KPN, UPC en Ziggo) bekijken wij onze YouTube filmpjes, volgen we onze favoriete series op tv en Whatsappen we met elkaar. Om te zorgen dat het bereik goed is en de ontvangst optimaal werken honderden monteurs elke dag om de pakketten bij de klanten thuis te installeren en storingen te verhelpen. Functieomschrijving Samen met onze opdrachtgevers zorgt Careermaker ervoor dat jij als monteur bepakt en bezakt aan de slag kan. Je maakt gebruik van een auto, een laptop, een telefoon en alle benodigde gereedschappen om s morgens van huis te vertrekken richting je klanten. Vanuit de afdeling Planning ontvang jij dagelijks de adressen die je gaat bezoeken in jouw werkgebied. Dit kan per dag verschillen en het is hierin belangrijk om flexibel te zijn. Klanten kunnen afspraken afzeggen of er komt juist een nieuwe afspraak tussendoor. Bij je bezoek aan klanten zorg jij ervoor dat hun huishouden is aangesloten op één van de (telecom)diensten van de provider. Met andere woorden: jij zorgt voor hun directe toegang tot onder andere Youtube, Facebook en Twitter. Dit kan zijn door installeren en aansluiten van een installatie bij een nieuwe klant, maar ook door het vakkundig oplossen van storingen aan de bestaande installaties van klanten. Klanttevredenheid heeft onze opdrachtgever hoog in het vaandel staan. Het is niet alleen belangrijk dat je het werk technisch goed uitvoert, maar dat je ook communicatief vaardig bent. Zo zal je de klant toelichting moeten geven hoe zijn installatie werkt, maar ook waarom het op dat moment misschien wel niet lukt om de installatie werkend op te leveren.
