Als Monteur Elektrische Installaties bij Van Meer werk je hoofdzakelijk aan de opbouw en assemblage van elektrotechnische besturingskasten, in onze werkplaats in Tholen. In feite zorgen deze kasten ervoor dat diverse apparaten, bijvoorbeeld een sleepboot of jack-up systeem, elektrisch aangedreven kunnen worden. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen vanuit de Engineering afdeling kan je beginnen aan de opbouw van deze kasten, wat middels verschillende standaarden wordt gedaan. Namelijk: - Aflezen van 3D tekeningen; - Toepassen van juiste aanhaalmomenten; - Aftekenen van je eigen bedradingschema s; - Noteren van eventuele wijzigingen, om fouten te verminderen; - Gebruik maken van specifiek gereedschap (zoals een kiesling machine en wire terminal). Ieder project wordt opgedeeld in 6 verschillende fases. Deze fases bestaan uit het mechanisch assembleren van onderdelen als plaatwerk en koper, het plaatsen, labelen en monteren van verschillende componenten en het verzorgen van de (gehele) bedrading. Naast de werkzaamheden in onze werkplaats kan het ook voorkomen dat we je vragen, niet verplichten, om te ondersteunen bij eventuele Field projecten.
