Als monteur elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek in de industrie in Emmen werk je aan de elektrische kant van machines en productie-installaties. Je richt je op betrouwbare besturingen, veilige aansluitingen en het oplossen van storingen. Daarbij draait het om de samenhang tussen schakelkasten, sensoren, aandrijvingen en PLC-signalen. Je combineert praktisch montagewerk met systematisch foutzoeken en begrijpt wat een elektrische afwijking voor het productieproces betekent. In de dagelijkse praktijk lees je elektrische schema’s, voer je metingen uit en controleer je of componenten en beveiligingen correct functioneren. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met collega-monteurs en operators, zodat onderhoud en herstel aansluiten op de productie. Vakinhoudelijk ligt je ontwikkeling bij storingsdiagnose, industriële aandrijftechniek en het interpreteren van PLC- en HMI-meldingen. Zorgvuldig testen en helder vastleggen van wijzigingen horen daarbij. Functie-inhoud - Elektrische storingen analyseren aan machines, besturingskasten en productie-installaties - Sensoren, bekabeling, motoren en schakelcomponenten controleren en vervangen - Elektrische schema’s lezen en gebruiken bij montage en foutzoeken - PLC-signalen en HMI-meldingen interpreteren tijdens storingsdiagnose - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en elektrische beveiligingen controleren - Reparaties testen en technische wijzigingen vastleggen Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Praktische ervaring met elektrotechnisch onderhoud of montage aan industriële installaties - Je kunt elektrische schema’s lezen en veilig met meetapparatuur werken - Basiskennis van PLC-besturingen, sensoren en industriële aandrijvingen - Je werkt volgens elektrotechnische veiligheidsprocedures en kent de principes van NEN 3140 - Je zoekt storingen systematisch uit en overlegt helder met monteurs en operators Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.100 (indicatie op basis..
