Dit doe je samen met een team van monteurs en leerling-monteurs. Je werkt meestal met een vaste ploeg, wat zorgt voor een goede onderlinge samenwerking en een prettige werksfeer. We staan altijd voor elkaar klaar en er wordt veel gelachen tijdens het werk. Hoewel je werkt onder begeleiding van een uitvoerder of voorman, heb je veel vrijheid om zelf beslissingen te nemen. Overleg en samenwerking staan centraal. Als monteur leg je de hoofdleidingen en huisaansluitingen aan, en deel je jouw kennis met leerling-monteurs. Daarnaast stuur je hen aan bij hun werkzaamheden. Heb je wat extra tijd? Dan spring je bij om collega's te helpen, bijvoorbeeld met graafwerkzaamheden. Samen met de voorman zorg je ervoor dat de werkplek veilig en netjes is. Omdat we op verschillende locaties werken, voer je ook aanvullende taken uit, zoals het plaatsen van afzettingen en verkeersborden om de veiligheid te waarborgen.
