In Vuren werken technische vakmensen in een goed uitgeruste werkplaats met een wasplaats en professionele apparatuur, waarbij veiligheid en vakmanschap centraal staan. De organisatie investeert in opleidingen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden zodat monteurs hun vakkennis kunnen vergroten en door kunnen groeien binnen de technische dienst. Het arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket bevat een salaris tussen €2750 en €4500 bruto per maand, 30 verlofdagen bij fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantiegeld plus 10 bovenwettelijke vakantiedagen in het individuele keuzebudget.
