Als monteur centrale verwarming en sanitair sta je in voor het vakkundig installeren, onderhouden en herstellen van technische installaties. Je werkt zowel mee aan renovatieprojecten als aan nieuwbouw en zorgt ervoor dat elke installatie correct en volgens de geldende voorschriften wordt uitgevoerd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Plaatsen en aansluiten van centrale verwarmingsinstallaties in renovatie en nieuwbouw.
  • Installeren van sanitaire installaties.
  • Plaatsen en aansluiten van airconditioning en warmtepompen.
  • Installeren van ventilatiesystemen in renovatie en nieuwbouw.
  • Uitvoeren van depannages, onderhoud en herstellingen aan bestaande installaties.
  • Problemen analyseren en technische oplossingen uitvoeren.
  • Werken volgens technische plannen en voorschriften.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in de richting koeling en warmte, bij voorkeur BSO 3de of 4de graad.
  • Een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding of relevante werkervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring als monteur binnen HVAC, verwarming of sanitair.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en denkt probleemoplossend.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, professioneel en communicatief sterk.
  • Je bent flexibel, gemotiveerd en hebt een goede werkmentaliteit.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en kunt vlot communiceren met klanten en collega's.
