Ben jij een ervaren HVAC-monteur die zin heeft in een frisse uitdaging binnen een ambitieus en groeiend bedrijf?

Stel je voor: je start je dag in een hecht, enthousiast team dat uitblinkt in het plaatsen, aansluiten en opstarten van kwalitatieve HVAC-installaties. Samen met een vaste collega duik je in uiteenlopende projecten, van grote, technische industriële installaties tot fijne residentiële opdrachten. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling & uitdaging.

In deze rol ben jij de sleutel tot betrouwbare, energiezuinige klimaatsystemen die helemaal voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Je krijgt niet alleen veel vertrouwen, maar ook de ruimte om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en mee te groeien met het bedrijf.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het installeren, opstarten en fijnregelen van warmtepompen, airco’s en complexe systemen zoals VRV’s en chillers, zodat alles piekfijn werkt vanaf dag één
  • Het aanspreekpunt vormen voor klanten en hen met de juiste info, vriendelijkheid en vakkennis ondersteunen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve teamspirit en een klantgerichte aanpak, zodat elke werf in een goede sfeer en met topresultaten wordt afgerond
  • Op termijn kan je doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende rol en zal je een collega-monteur begeleiden op de werf
  • Ervaring in de HVAC-wereld is een plus, zowel door eerdere werkervaring als via een relevante studie
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en draagt bij aan een goede samenwerking
  • Flexibiliteit is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, je past je gemakkelijk aan
  • Goedlachs, gepassioneerd door koeltechniek en een echte ‘GO FOR IT’ attitude is van belang!
