Als Monteur CV/SAN of loodgieter voer je herstellingen, onderhoud en kortdurende installatiewerken uit bij klanten zoals scholen, rusthuizen en kantoren.

  • Je voert herstellingen, onderhoud en kleinere installatiewerkzaamheden uit op projecten tot ongeveer 2 werkdagen.
  • Je bereidt de werken voor en neemt ’s avonds het nodige materiaal mee uit het magazijn voor de volgende werkdag op basis van de info in je digitale werkbon.
  • Je bepaalt de uitvoeringsmethodiek in overleg met de servicecoördinator, afgestemd op de situatie ter plaatse.
  • Je monteert en demonteert leidingen, toebehoren en toestellen om sanitaire installaties en ventilatie-, koeling- en verwarmingsinstallaties opnieuw in dienst te stellen.
  • Je voert waar nodig periodiek onderhoud uit: visuele controle, reinigen van filters en onderdelen, vervangen volgens voorschriften van de fabrikant, en reinigen van installaties en leidingen in stookplaatsen en technische ruimtes.
  • Je laat de werf ordelijk achter.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in verwarming, sanitair, loodgieterij of metaal, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in montage en herstellingen van CV en sanitair en kan deze werken zelfstandig uitvoeren.
  • Je hebt interesse in verwarming, koeling, ventilatie en sanitair.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent vaak alleen op de baan.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgzaam, bent klantgericht en communicatief, en registreert vlot werkuren, uitgevoerde werken en verbruikt materiaal via digitale werkbons.
