Onze klant is een Europese speler in multitechnische diensten en ondersteunt organisaties met elektriciteit, mechanica, HVAC, energie-efficiëntie, industriële installaties en digitale infrastructuur. Ze tellen meer dan 1.500 medewerkers en hebben vestigingen verspreid over heel België. De teams helpen klanten zowel bij het ontwerp en de bouw van technische uitrusting als bij het onderhoud en de exploitatie van installaties. Voor deze vacature specifiek als monteur HVAC regio Leuven voert deze afdeling projecten uit rond technische installaties voor gebouwen, zoals winkelcentra, industriecomplexen, ziekenhuizen, overheidsgebouwen en datacentra. SPIE werkt daarbij aan oplossingen voor onder meer verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning, sanitaire installaties en geothermie, inclusief installatie, onderhoud en optimalisering. Het bedrijf benadrukt drie kernwaarden in de samenwerking: prestatie, nabijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. In het kader van de klimaatnoodtoestand en de groei van digitale toepassingen positioneert het bedrijf zich als partner die meewerkt aan praktische en effectieve oplossingen voor een groenere economie.

Jobomschrijving

Als monteur HVAC regio Leuven werk je hier op installatieprojecten in de tertiaire sector, zoals ziekenhuizen, datacenters, kantoren en shoppingcentra.

  • Je bouwt en monteert HVAC-installaties volgens plannen op de werf.
  • Je installeert verluchtingskokers voor airconditioning- en verwarmingsinstallaties.
  • Je plaatst ophangbeugels en hulpstukken en assembleert onderdelen van constructies op locatie.
  • Je plaatst leidingen en sluit ze aan op andere delen van de installatie (verwarming, sanitair en ventilatie).
  • Je werkt veilig en bewaakt je eigen veiligheid en die van collega’s tijdens de montage.

  • Je volgde een technische opleiding of je hebt ervaring in de HVAC-sector.
