Sta je graag met twee voeten op de werkvloer en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen?

Voor een sterk groeiend installatiebedrijf in de regio Brugge zoeken we twee extra monteurs die willen meebouwen aan professionele HVAC-oplossingen. Je komt terecht in een team van een 40-tal collega’s, waar vakkennis, samenwerking en werkplezier centraal staan.

Het bedrijf is al jarenlang actief in de ruimere HVAC-sector, met expertise in koeltechniek, ventilatiesystemen, luchtbehandeling en isolatiebouw. Hun klantenbestand is divers: van industriële bedrijven en professionele klanten tot particulieren, verspreid over heel West-Vlaanderen.

Je vertrekt dagelijks samen met je collega-monteur op baan en werkt als team aan complete HVAC-installaties. Deze opdrachten zijn technisch uitdagend en variëren van ventilatie en airco tot koelcellen en warmtepompen.

De organisatie biedt kansen om jezelf te verdiepen in bepaalde technieken via interne en externe opleidingen. Wil je doorgroeien naar een gespecialiseerde functie binnen montage? Dan krijg je daar zeker de ruimte voor. De focus ligt echter niet op leidinggevende functies, maar eerder op technische verfijning binnen je rol.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij monteert en installeert HVAC-installaties samen met je collega-monteur
  • Je werkt aan ventilatiekanalen, luchtgroepen, airco’s, warmtepompen, koelcellen en isolatiebouw
  • In samenspraak met de projectleider stem je je dagplanning en aanpak af
  • Je voert plaatsingen uit op locatie bij klanten verspreid over West-Vlaanderen
  • Technische plannen interpreteren? Een voordeel, maar je wordt hierin ondersteund
  • Je levert nauwkeurig werk af met oog voor kwaliteit en klantentevredenheid
  • Problemen detecteer je snel en je denkt actief mee aan oplossingen
  • Werken doe je zelfstandig én in team, meestal per twee op de baan
  • Een technisch diploma of ervaring in montage van HVAC-installaties is vereist
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en vertrouwd zijn met installaties op verplaatsing
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen
