Als Monteur in de luchtvaartindustrie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren en afstellen van cruciale vliegtuigonderdelen. Je werkt volgens technische plannen en strikte procedures om de hoogste kwaliteit te garanderen. Je dagelijkse taken draaien om precisie, controle en veiligheid in een professionele productieomgeving.

- Monteren en nauwkeurig afstellen van onderdelen volgens technische tekeningen - Toepassen van voorgeschreven processen en naleven van specificaties - Meten en controleren van onderdelen voor een correcte montage - Invullen van traceerbaarheids- en conformiteitsdocumenten - Werken met afdichtingsproducten en materialen - Onderhouden van machines en gereedschappen, zorgen voor orde en netheid - Uitvoeren van regelmatige controles op machines - Strikt naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften

Je komt terecht bij een van onze klanten die actief is in de luchtvaartsector, waar je in een 3-ploegendienst werkt. Je draagt bij aan het onderhoud van de werkplek en machines, wat zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving. Na een interimperiode is er uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Deze functie is een vervanging wegens schorsing.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van montagetechnieken en materialen.
  • Je beheerst vlot enkele meettechnieken en meetinstrumenten (micrometer, schuifmaat, etc ...).
  • Je kan planlezen.
  • Je kan referentievlakken, ruwheden, toleranties en aanzichten herkennen.

Opleiding: TSO 3de graad: Studiegebied Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Vakkennis: Ervaring als monteur is een pluspunt.

Talenkennis: Nederlands met een goede kennis Frans. of Frans met een goede kennis Nederlands.
