Unsere Projekte sind technisch anspruchsvoll, termingetaktet und stark qualitäts- sowie sicherheitsorientiert. 1 Monteur_in - Metall- & Stahlbau Montage Einsatzgebiet: überwiegend OÖ, fallweise österreichweit

Zur Verstärkung unseres Montageteams

Für laufende und neue Projekte bauen wir unser Montageteam aus. Wir suchen Monteur:innen, die im Metall- und Stahlbau sauber, sicher und zuverlässig arbeiten - mit klaren Abläufen, guter Unterstützung durch Obermonteur:in/Montageleitung und einem Team, das auf der Baustelle zusammenhält.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Montage von Stahl- und Metallkonstruktionen nach Plan und Anweisung (z. B. Träger, Bühnen, Treppen, Geländer, Hallenkomponenten)

* Vorbereitungsarbeiten, Ausrichtung, Verschraubung/Verbindung, Anpassungen und Detailarbeiten

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Geräten und Montagehilfen (inkl. Pflege/Sichtkontrolle)

* Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards (PSA, Ordnung, sichere Arbeitsweise)

* Unterstützung bei Materiallogistik auf der Baustelle (Übernahme, Sortierung, Lagerung)

* Zuarbeit zur Dokumentation: Stundenrückmeldung, Regie-Infos, Fotodoku nach Vorgabe

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung in Montage/Metalltechnik/Stahlbau (Lehre von Vorteil)

* Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Höhentauglichkeit (je nach Einsatz)

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Sicherheitsfokus

* Führerschein B von Vorteil (plus: BE/C, Stapler/Kran, Hubarbeitsbühne, Schweißkenntnisse)

Entlohnung (KV-Einstufung)

Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe (Arbeiter:innen) - je nach Qualifikation/Tätigkeit, typischerweise Lohngruppe 3 (Facharbeiter).

* KV-Mindestlohn: € 2.948,85 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit)

* KV-Mindestlohn ab 01.01.2027: € 3.007,83 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit)

Zulagen und Aufwandsentschädigungen richten sich nach dem KV. Mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
