Bij een familiebedrijf in de machinebouw in Hapert assembleer, test en installeer je machines voor de sigarenproductie. Je werkt vooral in de werkplaats en reist ongeveer 10% van je tijd naar internationale klanten voor installatie en inbedrijfstelling. Daarbij stel je machines af voor een natuurproduct waarvan de verwerking afhangt van onder meer temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid. Functie-inhoud - Samen met collega-monteurs productiemachines assembleren in de werkplaats in Hapert - Factory Acceptance Tests uitvoeren door sigaren te produceren volgens de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen - Machines bij internationale klanten installeren, afstellen en in bedrijf stellen volgens specificaties tijdens de Site Acceptance Test - Klanten technische ondersteuning en training geven voor een goede werking van de machines - Technische problemen rapporteren en samen met het technische team oplossingen ontwikkelen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding op niveau 3, bij voorkeur mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met assemblage, onderhoud of service van machines - Ervaring met het in bedrijf stellen van processen - Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen en tijdens installaties bij klanten te verblijven, ongeveer 10% van je tijd - Goede beheersing van het Engels; Spaans is een pré - Je communiceert goed, werkt klantgericht en kunt zelfstandig problemen oplossen - Bereidheid om het sigarenmaakproces te leren; affiniteit met de sigarenindustrie is een pré Aanbod - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Metalektro - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen per jaar op voltijdbasis - Goede buitenlandvergoeding - Goede pensioenregeling - Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen - Werken in een modern pand bij een familiebedrijf met korte lijnen - Veel vrijheid in je werk
