Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Koningsbosch werk je als monteur industriële automatisering aan betrouwbare en goed ingerichte productieprocessen. Je past bestaande besturingsprogramma’s aan, analyseert terugkerende verstoringen en vertaalt je bevindingen naar praktische verbeteringen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de besturing, maar ook naar de werking van de installatie en de veiligheid op de werkvloer. Je ondersteunt productie bij het installeren en optimaliseren van nieuwe en bestaande productiemiddelen. Je maakt deel uit van een technisch team met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige monteurs, onder leiding van een teamleider en de manager Technische Dienst. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je wijzigingen af met productie, plan je werkzaamheden met zo min mogelijk productieverlies en houd je installatiedocumentatie actueel. Door storingsanalyse, aanpassingen aan PLC-besturingen en samenwerking met andere technische disciplines verdiep je je kennis van industriële automatisering en de samenhang tussen software, elektrotechniek en mechanica. Functie-inhoud - Bestaande besturingsprogramma’s aanpassen en optimaliseren - Structurele storingen analyseren en vertalen naar verbetervoorstellen - Productie ondersteunen bij installatie en optimalisatie van productiemiddelen - Wijzigingen afstemmen met productie en plannen met minimaal productieverlies - Technische wijzigingen aan bestaande installaties uitwerken en realiseren - Installatiedocumentatie bijwerken na aanpassingen - Bijdragen aan veilig gebruik en onderhoud van productie-installaties Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met storingsanalyse en onderhoud aan industriële productie-installaties - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en het aanpassen van bestaande besturingsprogramma’s - Elektrotechnische schema’s kunnen lezen en technische wijzigingen kunnen documenteren - Werkzaamheden zorgvuldig afstemmen met productie en te.
