Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in 's-Gravendeel bouw je besturingskasten en bedieningspanelen die machines aansturen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan de elektrotechnische opbouw, installatie en het onderhoud van industriële besturingen. Van een compleet nieuw paneel tot een uitbreiding van een bestaande installatie: je zorgt dat componenten correct zijn aangesloten en de besturing betrouwbaar functioneert. De projecten zijn bestemd voor toepassingen in binnen- en buitenland, waarbij je werkt volgens geldende normen, richtlijnen en procedures. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je paneelbouw af met installatiewerk, reparaties en het opsporen van complexe storingen. Je gebruikt je kennis van PLC-besturingen en frequentieregelaars om problemen gericht te analyseren. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met technische collega's en bent bij klanten een aanspreekpunt voor de uitvoering. Binnen een open, informele werksfeer krijg je ruimte om je elektrotechnische vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Zelfstandig complete besturingskasten en bedieningspanelen opbouwen en bedraden - Industriële besturingen installeren, repareren en onderhouden - Complexe elektrotechnische storingen analyseren en oplossen - Bestaande installaties ombouwen en uitbreiden - Aansluitingen en de werking van besturingscomponenten controleren - Werken volgens geldende normen, richtlijnen en veiligheidsprocedures Functie-eisen - Afgeronde opleiding in de elektrotechniek - Geldig VCA-certificaat - Aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare monteursfunctie - Ervaring met PLC-besturingen en frequentieregelaars - Elektrotechnische schema's kunnen lezen en zelfstandig panelen kunnen bouwen - Zorgvuldige werkwijze en duidelijke communicatie met klanten en collega's Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.100 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Concurrerend salaris en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Zelfstandige functie voor 40 uur per week op detavastbasis - Afwis.
