Bij een technisch specialist in industriële automatisering in 's-Hertogenbosch werk je aan elektrotechnische installaties voor de machinebouw. Je bouwt en bedraadt besturingspanelen, test schakelkasten en sluit complete besturingsinstallaties aan. Dat doe je zowel in de werkplaats als bij opdrachtgevers in het buitenland. Je volgt de techniek van kastopbouw tot inbedrijfstelling en denkt mee over oplossingen voor complexe automatiseringsvraagstukken. Ook onderhoud en het verbeteren van bestaande installaties horen bij je werk. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je praktisch elektrotechnisch werk met besturingstechniek en meet- en regelsystemen. Je controleert aansluitingen, onderzoekt storingen en test of installaties naar behoren functioneren. Binnen een zelfsturend team stem je af met collega's en neem je zelfstandig beslissingen over je werkzaamheden. Wil je je verder verdiepen in Siemens S7, andere PLC-besturingen of industriële software, dan kun je daarvoor opleidingen, cursussen en trainingen volgen. Functie-inhoud - Besturingspanelen, bedieningskasten en voedingsverdelers opbouwen en bedraden - Schakelkasten controleren en testen voordat ze naar de opdrachtgever gaan - Complete besturingsinstallaties bekabelen en aansluiten - Installaties op locatie testen en in bedrijf nemen, ook internationaal - Elektrotechnische installaties beheren en preventief en correctief onderhouden - Besturingssystemen en meet- en regelsystemen actueel houden - Verbeteringen aan installaties voorstellen en technische problemen oplossen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Technicus Elektrotechnische Industriële Installaties en Systemen - Interesse in besturingstechniek en software - Kennis van Siemens S7 of andere PLC-besturingen, of bereidheid je hierin te verdiepen - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en werkzaamheden afstemmen met collega's - Analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte manier van werken - Bereidheid internationaal op locatie te..
