The posting

Bij een producent van hoogwaardige metalen componenten in Vriezenveen werk je aan robotinstallaties rondom automatische en semiautomatische CNC-bewerkingsmachines. Als monteur industriële automatisering combineer je mechanische montage en elektrotechniek met robotprogrammering. Je zorgt dat robots betrouwbaar producten aanvoeren en dat de productie kan blijven draaien. Je werk loopt uiteen van het installeren van nieuwe systemen tot het oplossen van complexe storingen en het aanpassen van bestaande installaties. Je maakt deel uit van het automatiseringsteam en overlegt tijdens kick-offs en voortgangsgesprekken over de technische aanpak. Daarbij denk je mee over elektrische en mechanische ontwerpen en signaleer je knelpunten voordat ze op de werkvloer problemen veroorzaken. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren, onderhoud en inbedrijfstelling af. Met een gedegen inwerkperiode en ruimte voor ontwikkeling verdiep je je verder in robotica en industriële besturingstechniek. Functie-inhoud - Mechanische en elektrische delen van robotinstallaties installeren. - Robots programmeren en programma’s aanpassen aan het productieproces. - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en complexe storingen aan robotinstallaties verhelpen. - Robotinstallaties in bedrijf stellen en modificaties uitvoeren. - Meedenken over mechanische en elektrische ontwerpen en kritische ontwerpkwesties oplossen. - Handleidingen schrijven en technische documentatie bijwerken. - Deelnemen aan projectoverleggen en de voortgang terugkoppelen aan je leidinggevende. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een mbo-diploma niveau 4 in mechatronica, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde. - Je hebt ervaring met industriële robots en/of productieautomatisering. - Je hebt kennis van elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek en mechanische techniek. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, pakt technische problemen praktisch aan en schakelt flexibel tussen werkzaamheden. - Je communiceert helder met collega’s en wilt je verder ontwikkelen in industriël.
