Als monteur industriële installaties ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen, aansluiten, bedienen en onderhouden van technische installaties (waterzuiveringsinstallaties) die grotendeels automatisch worden aangestuurd via PLC-systemen. Je werkt op uiteenlopende projectlocaties in Nederland en Duitsland en zorgt ervoor dat de systemen veilig, betrouwbaar en optimaal functioneren. Je bent zowel in staat om installaties op te bouwen en in gebruik te nemen, als om storingen op te lossen en onderhoud uit te voeren. Hierdoor ben je een onmisbare technische schakel binnen de organisatie. Wat zijn jouw werkzaamheden? - Plaatsen, aansluiten en inbedrijfstellen van industriële installaties; - Uitvoeren van onderhoud, inspecties, reinigingswerkzaamheden en reparaties; - Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische en besturingstechnische storingen; - Bedienen van systemen en uitvoeren van metingen en controles; - Meedenken in technische verbeteringen en klantgerichte oplossingen; - Werken op wisselende projectlocaties in Nederland en Duitsland. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook prima binnen een team. Door het projectmatige karakter van het werk vind je reizen en incidenteel overnachten geen probleem; - Een opleiding richting mechatronica, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar (pré); - Of aantoonbare ervaring in besturingstechniek, E&I, pomptechniek of procestechniek; - Bekend met besturingspanelen, PLC-techniek, telemetriesystemen of procestechnologie; - Flexibel inzetbaar voor projecten in binnen- en buitenland en bereid storingsdiensten te draaien. In het weekend ben je altijd thuis! Het kan zijn dat je één of twee keer per week op pad bent, soms een week niet, de andere week 4 dagen.
