Monteur / Samensteller (Metaalbewerking)

Ben jij een techneut die pas echt blij wordt van een product dat van A tot Z door jouw handen is gegaan? Werk je graag met je handen en je hoofd binnen een innovatief familiebedrijf? Voor een groeiende specialist in machinebouw en metaaltechniek in de regio zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Monteur / Samensteller.

Wie ben jij?

Jij hebt een passie voor metaal en techniek. Je werkt secuur, want je weet dat elke millimeter telt in de machinebouw. Verder breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een afgeronde technische opleiding (bijv. Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica) of relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen.
  • Kennis van lastechnieken (TIG en/of MAG) is een sterke pre.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.
  • Je woont in de regio (reistijd is immers ook vrije tijd!).

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en monteren van hoogwaardige technische constructies en machines. Je werkt vanaf tekening en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel met uiterste precisie op zijn plek komt.

  • Het zelfstandig samenstellen en hechten van metalen constructies (TIG/MAG).
  • Het monteren van mechanische componenten aan de hand van technische tekeningen.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en maatvoering van de geproduceerde onderdelen.
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen in de werkplaats.
