Als Monteur staat de medewerker in voor de correcte uitvoering en montage van leidingwerk op verschillende werven en industriële locaties.

Het takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Monteren en installeren van industrieel leidingwerk op locatie bij klanten.
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden aan de hand van technische dossiers en plannen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van werk-, montage- en projectietekeningen.
  • Zelfstandig opmeten van bestaande situaties en leidingtrajecten.
  • Uitvoeren van technische aanpassingen aan bestaand leidingwerk.
  • Correct positioneren en monteren van leidingen en bijhorende componenten.
  • Controleren van afmetingen en aansluitingen tijdens de montage.
  • Bepalen welke materialen en componenten nodig zijn voor een volgende interventie.
  • Tijdig doorgeven van materiaalbehoeften aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Signaleren van technische problemen of afwijkingen op de werf.
  • Praktisch meedenken over oplossingen wanneer de situatie ter plaatse afwijkt van het plan.
  • Communiceren over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden met de leidinggevende.
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde interventies en relevante technische gegevens.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en nauwkeurige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Heeft een beroeps- of technische opleiding gevolgd.
  • Beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar relevante technische ervaring.
  • Heeft ervaring als bijvoorbeeld industrieel monteur, leidingmonteur, mechanisch monteur of pijpfitter.
  • Een opleiding als pijpfitter of relevante ervaring binnen piping vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Kan zelfstandig technische plannen lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Kan werk-, montage- en projectietekeningen begrijpen en vertalen naar de praktische uitvoering.
  • Beschikt over een goed technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Kan zelfstandig opmetingen uitvoeren.
  • Kan nauwkeurig werken volgens opgegeven maten en technische specificaties.
  • Heeft ervaring met technisch handgereedschap en montagewerk.
  • Is hands-on ingesteld en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de eigen werkzaamheden.
  • Kan problemen op de werf praktisch en oplossingsgericht benaderen.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en levert kwalitatief werk af.
  • Hecht veel belang aan veiligheid en correct werken.
  • Is flexibel naar verschillende werven, omstandigheden en werkuren.
  • Werkt goed samen met collega's en gedraagt zich professioneel bij klanten.
  • Beschikt over een VCA-attest basisveiligheid of is bereid dit te behalen.
  • Beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
