Je werkt zelfstandig en zorgt voor het onderhoud van cv-ketels, ventilatiesystemen en warmtepompen. Je geeft advies over het vervangen van onderdelen of het plaatsen van een nieuwe installatie. Ook los je storingen en problemen aan installaties op. Soms doe je dit buiten kantoortijden, wanneer je storingsdienst hebt. Hoe vaak dit is, hangt af van de periode.
