Je begint met een uitgebreid inwerk- en opleidingstraject in de werkplaats in Rotterdam. ✓ Als Monteur Koeltechniek & Reefers verdien je een startsalaris tussen de €3.000,- en €4.285,- bruto per maand; ✓ 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen plus flexibele werktijden waarbij je zelf aangeeft hoelaat je wilt starten; ✓ Betaalde opleidingen, bijscholing en interne certificeringen; ✓ Mogelijkheid tot het rijden van een leaseauto. wat ga je doen? Tijdens het Omscholingstraject Koeltechnisch Monteur leer je verschillende koelinstallaties stap voor stap kennen. - Volgen van technische trainingen over koeltechniek, elektrotechniek en dieseltechniek; - Monteur Koeltechniek & Reefers voer je onderhoud en inspecties uit aan elektrische en diesel aangedreven koelunits; - Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en koeltechnische storingen; - Repareren, afstellen en testen van koelmotoren en transportkoelinstallaties; - Administratief verwerken van werkzaamheden, onderdelen en servicerapporten.
