Functie

Als Mechanisch Monteur / Tekenaar bij onze klant in Roeselare ben je de brug tussen engineering en werkplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en aanpassen van mechanische onderdelen en landbouwmachines, om deze vervolgens zelfstandig (of samen met de collega’s) in de werkplaats te monteren, af te stellen en te testen. Een afwisselende rol waarin je zowel achter het scherm als met je handen aan de slag gaat.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Tekenen & Engineering:

  • Uitwerken en aanpassen van 3D CAD-tekeningen (bijv. SolidWorks of Inventor) voor onderdelen, frames en klantspecifieke aanpassingen.
  • Maken van detail- en constructietekeningen, inclusief stuklijsten (BOM).
  • Samenwerken met het technisch team om constructies te optimaliseren op vlak van haalbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.

Montage & Mechaniek:

  • Samenbouwen van mechanische componenten en complete machines op basis van de gemaakte technische tekeningen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en maatvoeringscontroles voor en tijdens de montage.
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische storingen tijdens het assemblage- of testproces.
  • Ombouwen of aanpassen van bestaande machines op maat van de klant.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: diploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Ontwerp- en Ontwikkelingstechnieken) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • CAD-kennis: Ruime ervaring met een 3D CAD-pakket (SolidWorks, Inventor of vergelijkbaar).
  • Hands-on ingesteld: Je vindt het geweldig om je eigen ontwerpen tot leven te zien komen en ze met je eigen handen te monteren.
  • Affiniteit met machines: Kennis van landbouwmachines of hydraulica/pneumatica is een grote troef.
  • Talen: Goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Eigenschappen: Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamplayer.
