De organisatie is een technische specialist binnen elektrotechniek en energie-infrastructuur en speelt een actieve rol in de verdere elektrificatie van Nederland. Voor opdrachtgevers binnen onder andere industrie, mobiliteit en duurzame energie worden complete elektrotechnische oplossingen ontworpen, gebouwd en onderhouden. Daarbij gaat het onder andere om laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties, transformatorstations, grootschalige laadinfra, zonneparken en batterijopslag. Door de snelle groei van elektrische mobiliteit, duurzame energieopwekking en lokale energieopslag neemt ook de vraag naar zwaardere elektrische infrastructuur sterk toe. Transformatorstations, middenspanningsverbindingen en distributiesystemen vormen daardoor een steeds belangrijker onderdeel van de projecten. Engineering, werkvoorbereiding, assemblage, projectmanagement en uitvoering worden binnen de organisatie gecombineerd. Hierdoor is veel technische kennis aanwezig en kunnen monteurs zich vanuit de praktijk verder ontwikkelen naar steeds specialistischere werkzaamheden. De organisatie investeert actief in opleiding en vakmanschap. Elektromonteurs krijgen daardoor de mogelijkheid om vanuit laagspanning door te groeien naar middenspanning en zich verder te specialiseren binnen een technisch vakgebied dat een belangrijke rol speelt in de energietransitie. Voor een technisch specialist binnen de energietransitie zoeken wij een Monteur Laag- & Middenspanning. Je werkt door heel Nederland aan elektrotechnische infrastructuur voor onder andere transformatorstations, laadpleinen, zonneparken, batterijopslag, industrie en andere grootschalige energieprojecten. Je houdt je bezig met het installeren en aansluiten van laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties, kabelinfrastructuur, verdeelinrichtingen en transformatorstations.
