Voor een familiale machinebouwer zoeken we een Monteur Landbouwmachines die mee instaat voor de assemblage en afwerking van gespecialiseerde oogstmachines.

Een functie voor technische doeners die trots zijn op wat ze bouwen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Monteur Landbouwmachines ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voor en eindassemblage van landbouwmachines.
  • Je werkt aan de hand van technische tekeningen en stuklijsten en zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen correct gemonteerd en afgesteld worden.

Een typische werkdag?

  • Je monteert mechanische onderdelen zoals wielbruggen, vering, motoren, koelers en voorwielen en bouwt stap voor stap complete machines op.
  • Daarnaast assembleer je hydraulische en pneumatische systemen en controleer je zorgvuldig of alles correct functioneert.
  • Tijdens de montage voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en stel je onderdelen af waar nodig zodat elke machine perfect afgeleverd wordt.
  • Afhankelijk van de periode kan je ook sporadisch technische interventies uitvoeren bij klanten tijdens het vlasseizoen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het montageproces en draagt bij aan een efficiënte productie.
  • Technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring als monteur is een pluspunt
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen en begrijpen
