Als Monteur / Technisch Medewerker bij Actum ben je de onmisbare schakel in het productieproces. Je komt terecht in een modern atelier waar je samen met een hecht team van gedreven vakmensen werkt aan hoogwaardige technische installaties. Geen bandwerk, maar uitdagend puzzelwerk waarbij jouw technisch inzicht echt het verschil maakt.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (TSO/BSO) in een richting zoals Mechanica, Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Technisch Inzicht: Je kan vlot technische tekeningen en schema's lezen en interpreteren.
  • Gereedschapskennis: Je bent handig met handgereedschappen en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met montage-technieken.
  • Talent voor Precisie: Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en stelt kwaliteit altijd centraal.
  • Taal & Attitude: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent een echte teamplayer die ook goed zelfstandig uit de voeten kan.
  • Assemblage & Montage: Je bouwt mechanische componenten en sub-assemblies op basis van technische plannen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je voert nauwgezette controles uit op de gemonteerde onderdelen om een perfect eindresultaat te garanderen.
  • Foutopsporing: Je signaleert proactief technische onregelmatigheden en denkt mee over oplossingen om het proces te verbeteren.
  • Onderhoud: Je zorgt voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving en onderhoudt je eigen gereedschap zorgvuldig.
  • Samenwerking: Je stemt af met de werkplaatsleider over de voortgang, zodat projecten tijdig en correct worden opgeleverd.
