Voor een internationale machinebouwer in Veendam zoeken wij een Monteur Machinebouw. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige recycling en procesinstallaties die wereldwijd draaien in industriële omgevingen. Geen seriewerk; maar maatwerk machines die voldoen aan hoge eisen op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit. ✔ Werken aan hoogwaardige maatwerk machines ✔ Internationale projecten en klanten ✔ Direct contact met engineering ✔ Vierdaagse werkweek (4 × 9,5 uur) ✔ Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting field service of specialist Dit is een rol voor monteurs die trots zijn op wat ze bouwen. Functieomschrijving Als Monteur Machinebouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren, opbouwen en testen van complete machines en installaties. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering en collega monteurs. Concreet: • Mechanisch assembleren van machines volgens tekening en stuklijst • Opbouwen van frames, modules en aandrijvingen • Monteren van hydraulische, pneumatische en elektrische componenten • Controleren van maatvoering, functionaliteit en afwerking • Signaleren en terugkoppelen van technische verbeterpunten • Ondersteunen bij FAT testen en proefdraaiingen • Meewerken aan klantspecifieke maatwerkoplossingen Afhankelijk van jouw ambitie en het project: • Installeren van machines op locatie • Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling in binnen en buitenland Je werkt aan installaties zoals: • Recyclinginstallaties • Industriële procesmachines • Mechanische transportsystemen • Aandrijf- en hydraulische systemen Alles wordt in eigen werkplaats opgebouwd en getest.
