Deze wereldwijd opererende machinebouwer in de regio Biddinghuizen ontwerpt en fabriceert hoogwaardige laad- en losarmen voor de overslag van vloeistoffen, gassen en andere grondstoffen. Deze installaties vormen de schakel tussen wal en schip en worden wereldwijd ingezet in de petrochemie, energie en procesindustrie.

Elke installatie is uniek. Geen standaard productielijn, maar complexe mechanische systemen die onder zware omstandigheden moeten functioneren. Denk aan bewegingen door golven, getij en wind. Veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit staan voorop. Alles wordt in eigen huis gebouwd: van zware staalconstructie tot eindtest.

De functie

Dit ga je doen

Je bouwt geen standaard machine, maar een installatie van tientallen tonnen die straks operationeel is in een internationale haven.

Je start in de constructie. De zware staalconstructie komt bij jou binnen en jij zorgt dat de basis technisch perfect klopt. Je controleert maatvoering, beoordeelt passing, werkt lasnaden bij en voert waar nodig correcties uit met MIG/MAG. Je monteert de eerste mechanische componenten zodat de installatie gereed is voor de volgende fase.

Na het spuiten begint de afbouw. Je bouwt de installatie verder op met onder andere draaipunten, lagerconstructies en andere mechanische onderdelen. Je lijnt alles nauwkeurig u
