Locatie Etten-Leur Taks Handling Systems Monteur Machinebouw Met onze innovatieve machines en transportsystemen maken we wereldwijd het verschil in productieprocessen. Bij Taks Handling Systems ontwerpen en bouwen we complete oplossingen - van losse modules tot volledig geautomatiseerde lijnen, allemaal vanuit onze moderne, schone en goed georganiseerde werkplaats in Etten-Leur. Hier komt jouw vakmanschap als Monteur Machinebouw tot leven: samen met je collega's zet je losse onderdelen om in indrukwekkende, perfect werkende machines die over de hele wereld worden ingezet. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol werk je afwisselend aan mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische montage. Je begint vaak met het bouwen van subsamenstellingen en werkt stap voor stap toe naar complete productielijnen. Aan de hand van 2D- en 3D-tekeningen monteer je onderdelen, sluit je besturingen, sensoren en cilinders aan en zorg je dat de machine klaar is voor testen. Je hebt een afwisselende baan: de diversiteit aan machines maakt het werk uitdagend en veelzijdig. Soms werk je zelfstandig, soms in teamverband, maar altijd met hetzelfde doel: een topkwaliteit machine afleveren. Daarnaast krijg je bij ons de kans om: - Je technische kennis te verdiepen en te verbreden, zowel mechanisch als elektrisch; - Ervaring op te doen die kan leiden tot doorgroei richting service, installatie of commissioning; - Van dichtbij het hele proces te volgen: van losse onderdelen tot de eerste succesvolle test. We zien graag dat je: - Een MBO-opleiding (niveau 2 of 3) hebt afgerond, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; - Minimaal 2 à 3 jaar ervaring hebt, óf een afgeronde BBL-opleiding in de machinebouw; - Kennis hebt van mechanische, elektrische en bij voorkeur ook pneumatische systemen; - Nauwkeurig werkt en technische tekeningen kunt lezen.
