Onze organisatie Sekisui Alveo Roermond ontwikkelt, produceert en levert een groot aantal polyolefine foam producten aan onder andere de automotive-, medische en industriële sector in Europa. In Roermond werken we met ruim 350 medewerkers iedere dag om onze klanten de kwalitatief beste en meest innovatieve foam-producten te leveren. Dit doen we samen met onze zusterfabriek in Duitsland, de verkoopkantoren in Europa en het hoofdkantoor in Adligenswil (Zwitserland). Het sinds 1971 in Roermond gevestigde bedrijf maakt deel uit van de Japanse multinational Sekisui Chemical Co. Wereldwijd werken er meer dan 23.000 medewerkers. Je belangrijkste taken omvatten - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productie-installaties, utiliteiten, gebouw en terrein op mechanisch gebied; - Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van complexe mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen; - Beoordelen van technische staat van installaties en rapporteren van bevindingen aan de Teamleader Maintenance; - Functioneel aansturen van het maintenance team tijdens onderhoudsactiviteiten; - Begeleiden van externe partijen bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Meewerken aan verbeter- en vervangingsprojecten; - Opstellen en instrueren van werk- en machine-instructies en het trainen van collega's (training on the job); - Ondersteunen van de Teamleader Maintenance bij diverse taken en deze bij afwezigheid vervangen; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen (inclusief 5S-methode).
