Jouw functie

Als Monteur / Mechanisch Technieker sta je mee in voor de montage, assemblage en afwerking van machines en onderdelen.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Doorboren, monteren en assembleren van verschillende elementen en onderdelen.
  • Plannen en organiseren van de werkzaamheden volgens de productieplanning, behoeften en bestellingen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief basisonderhoud aan machines en uitrustingen.
  • Onderhouden van het gebruikte gereedschap en de technische uitrusting.
  • Lezen en correct interpreteren van technische plannen.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk.
  • Signaleren van technische problemen en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Meedenken over de processen binnen je functie en afdeling en actief voorstellen doen voor continue verbetering.
  • Je bent zelfstandig of werkt via een geregistreerde onderneming en beschikt over de nodige administratieve documenten.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen jouw vakgebied, bijvoorbeeld montage, mechanica, elektromechanica, lassen, elektriciteit of machinebouw.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je beschikt over de vereiste attesten of certificaten wanneer deze voor de werkzaamheden noodzakelijk zijn.
  • Je bent voldoende flexibel om je aan te passen aan de planning en behoeften van het project.
  • Je respecteert de materialen, machines, gereedschappen en infrastructuur die ter beschikking worden gesteld.
