The posting

Liever een werkdag waarop je ’s avonds letterlijk kunt aanwijzen wat jij hebt opgebouwd? Als monteur op werf zit je hier niet vast op één plek. Je trekt naar verschillende industriële klanten, bouwt installaties mee op en krijgt onderweg het vertrouwen om zelf beslissingen te nemen.

Deze familiale KMO in regio Gent telt een 40-tal medewerkers en realiseert industriële installaties volledig op maat. Het bedrijf groeide vanuit een familieonderneming en bouwde doorheen de jaren ruime ervaring op met totaalprojecten voor onder meer de voedingsindustrie, brouwerijen, chemie, recyclage, energie en milieu.

Hun specialiteit? Technische installaties voor opslag, transport, dosering en stofafzuiging. Engineering, mechanisch ontwerp, automatisatie, plaatsing én onderhoud worden zoveel mogelijk vanuit één organisatie opgevolgd. Daardoor zie jij als monteur op werf niet zomaar een klein stukje van een project, maar werk je mee aan installaties die van ontwerp tot eindmontage technisch op elkaar zijn afgestemd.

Geen logge structuur of eindeloze tussenlagen. Wel een technische omgeving waar mensen elkaar kennen, afspraken duidelijk zijn en goed werk gezien wordt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als monteur bereid je montages voor en assembleer en bevestig je onderdelen aan de hand van technische plannen en instructies
  • Op de werf werk je samen met collega’s of zelfstandig aan mechanische en pneumatische installaties bij klanten in België, de Benelux en Noord-Frankrijk
  • Daarnaast overleg je waar nodig met de werfleider of projectverantwoordelijke en voer je kleine aanpassingen of technische oplossingen zelf uit
  • Na afloop van de werkdag zorg je voor een duidelijke terugrapportering en vertrek je vanuit de werf opnieuw naar huis, vaak met een servicewagen van het bedrijf
  • Met een technische opleiding binnen mechanica, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting heb je een sterke basis voor deze functie
  • Ervaring in montage is belangrijk, waarbij praktijkervaring in industriële installaties of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving mooi meegenomen is
  • Technisch gezien voel je je thuis in mechanica en pneumatica, kan je technische montageplannen interpreteren en werk je veilig met courante elektrische handgereedschappen
  • Tot slot spreek je vlot Nederlands, zowel voor een veilige uitvoering van het werk als voor een duidelijke communicatie met collega’s en klanten
