Maar nergens vind je zo een uitgebreid en geavanceerd technisch landschap als bij Tata Steel! Dus kom naar IJmuiden en ontdek aan welke technische installaties jij mag sleutelen. Als onderhoudsmonteur bij de afdeling Montage Noord werk je aan technische installaties tussen de eerstelijns oplossingen van de storingsdienst en het geplande onderhoud. Bij de productie van staal kan je het proces grofweg in twee delen verdelen; de grondstoffen omzetten tot staalplakken en het verwerken van deze plakken tot de eindproducten. In deze rol voer je het onderhoud uit in de fabrieken vanaf de Oxystaalfabriek. Je gaat dus werken in de fabrieken waar het eindproduct wordt vervaardigd. In de verschillende walserijen zul je preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren. Veel afwisseling in de werkzaamheden dus! Onderhoud aan technische installaties zorgt ervoor dat we door kunnen produceren en mooie producten kunnen leveren, jouw werkdag is zo geen dag hetzelfde. Als onderhoudsmonteur bij Tata Steel... - Pleeg je regulier onderhoud. Periodiek worden bij ons de installaties stil gelegd voor gepland onderhoud. Dit is het moment om groot onderhoud te plegen. - Ken je jouw installaties of machines door en door . Je bent elke dag bezig om deze verder te verbeteren en te verduurzamen, bijvoorbeeld door nieuwe technieken te introduceren of veelvoorkomende problemen op te lossen. - Werk je samen met in- en externe partijen .
