The posting

Je komt te werken in een klein en hecht team dat dagelijks zorgt dat elektromotoren van klanten zoals Vattenfall worden gereviseerd. Geen twee motoren zijn hetzelfde en elke klus heeft haast, want zolang de motor bij jou op de bank ligt staat er ergens een productielijn stil.

Een motor komt binnen en jij begint bij het begin. Je demonteert hem, inspecteert de onderdelen en beoordeelt wat er aan de hand is. Daarbij zoek je door tot je de werkelijke oorzaak te pakken hebt en niet alleen het symptoom, want anders staat dezelfde motor over een half jaar weer bij je. Vervolgens voer je de revisie uit: lagers vervangen, wikkelingen beoordelen, uitlijnen en de motor weer netjes opbouwen. Voordat hij terug naar de klant gaat test en meet je hem door, zodat je zeker weet dat hij doet wat hij moet doen. Naast elektromotoren komen ook pompen, generatoren en elektrische aandrijvingen op je bank terecht.

Je denkt mee over de beste oplossing voor de klant, ook als dat betekent dat je adviseert iets juist niet te doen. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf te bepalen wat de volgende stap is en loop je ergens tegenaan, dan staat er altijd een ervaren collega naast je.
