Dit productiebedrijf is actief in de food-sector en richt zich op zuivelproductie en de verwerking van zuivelproducten naar consumentenproducten. De organisatie onderhoudt en optimaliseert diverse productielijnen en investeert continu in moderne productieprocessen en veiligheid. In Hengelo werkt een ervaren technische dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het draaiend houden van een divers machinepark en de uitvoering van onderhoudsplannen. De technische dienst voert correctief en preventief onderhoud uit, stelt machines optimaal af en werkt nauw samen met productie om storingen snel te verhelpen. Recent zijn er nieuwe productieruimtes en lijnen gerealiseerd, wat extra technische capaciteit en expertise vraagt in Hengelo. Medewerkers binnen de technische dienst krijgen ruimte voor vakgerichte ontwikkeling en training en kunnen doorgroeien binnen technische functies. Het salaris ligt tussen €2750 en €4000 per maand en er is een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder vakantiedagen en ploegentoeslag voor werkzaamheden buiten reguliere uren.

- Als Monteur Onderhoud en Storingen voer je correctief en preventief onderhoud uit en registreer je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden;

- Je stelt machines af, optimaliseert instellingen en bedient productielijnen om beschikbaarheid en productiekwaliteit te verbeteren;

- Je werkt elektrisch en mechanisch aan productiemachines en ondersteunt bij inbedrijfstellingen van nieuwe lijnen;

- Je signaleert technische verbeteringen en voert verbeteracties uit in samenwerking met productie;

- Je werkt aan verpakkingsmachines, transportbanden, procesinstallaties en afvul- en sorteermachines op circa 3 pro
