Als Monteur Panelenbouw Marine ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen, assembleren en testen van elektrische panelen en schakelkasten die worden geïnstalleerd in maritieme omgevingen. Je werkt met technische tekeningen en schema's om complexe elektrische systemen samen te stellen die voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen. Je bent betrokken bij het complete proces, van de eerste opbouw tot de eindcontrole en inbedrijfstelling. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met engineers en projectleiders om ervoor te zorgen dat alle systemen perfect aansluiten op de specifieke eisen van elk project. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het assembleren en bedraden van elektrische panelen volgens technische tekeningen en schema's; - Het monteren van componenten zoals schakelaars, relais, transformatoren en besturingselementen; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en functionele testen op gebouwde panelen; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en het voorstellen van verbeteringen in het bouwproces; - Het samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende disciplines voor optimale systeemintegratie; - Het documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en testresultaten.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als senior monteur of specialist panelenbouw, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor complexere projecten en het begeleiden van junior collega's. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke maritieme systemen of om door te groeien naar een technisch coördinerende functie. Het bedrijf investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers door middel van trainingen, cursussen en certificeringen op het gebied van maritieme technologie en elektrische systemen.
