De organisatie voert zowel technische installaties als bouwkundige werkzaamheden uit bij de aanleg, renovatie en het onderhoud van particuliere zwembaden en combineert kennis van installatietechniek met bouwkundige uitvoering. Het bedrijf werkt op locatie bij particuliere klanten en levert werkzaamheden zoals het leggen van leidingen van de technische ruimte naar het zwembad, het opbouwen en assembleren van filterinstallaties en het plaatsen van prefab- of bouwkundige zwembaden met folie en afwerking. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan het testen en bijsturen van waterbehandeling, het uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen waardoor medewerkers afwisselende en technisch uitdagende opdrachten uitvoeren. De organisatie biedt on-the-job begeleiding waarbij monteurs meelopen met ervaren collega's en krijgt de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een zelfstandig monteur door middel van trainingen en cursussen.
