Wil jij als industrieel monteur terechtkomen in een familiebedrijf waar jouw technische kennis én aandacht voor veiligheid echt een verschil maken?

Deze familiale productieonderneming is actief in de verwerking en verpakking van tabaksproducten voor internationale klanten. Op de productiesite draaien verschillende verpakkings- en verwerkingsmachines dagelijks op volle capaciteit.

Binnen het bedrijf werken meerdere collega's al 12 tot 15 jaar. Beslissingen worden rechtstreeks genomen door de familie achter de onderneming en de lijnen zijn kort. Als industrieel monteur kom je terecht in een actieve productieomgeving waar zelfstandigheid en technisch inzicht belangrijk zijn.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als industrieel monteur sta je in voor het mechanisch onderhoud van pouchmachines, bundelaars, verpakkingslijnen en andere productiemachines
  • Bij technische storingen analyseer je zelfstandig de oorzaak en zorg je voor een doeltreffende mechanische oplossing zodat de productie snel opnieuw kan draaien
  • Daarnaast voer je samen met de technische ploeg onderhoudswerken uit en ondersteun je waar nodig bij het ombouwen van machines
  • Vanuit jouw technische ervaring denk je mee over een veilige werking van de installaties en draag je actief bij aan het verder verbeteren van de veiligheidsaanpak
  • Op termijn groei je als industrieel monteur uit tot een technisch aanspreekpunt binnen de ploeg
  • Qua opleiding beschik je bij voorkeur over een technische achtergrond in mechanica, elektromechanica of industriële technieken, of je bouwde gelijkwaardige kennis op door praktijkervaring
  • Vanuit eerdere werkervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving kan je mechanische storingen zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen
  • Daarnaast vormt mechanica jouw belangrijkste technische sterkte, terwijl kennis van pneumatica en hydraulica een mooie meerwaarde is
