Op het proefveld werk je aan alle soorten aandrijvingen die in onze werkplaats gerepareerd worden. Je combineert techniek met verantwoordelijkheid, beoordeelt de kwaliteit van revisies en zorgt dat iedere machine betrouwbaar teruggaat naar de klant. Jouw kritische blik zorgt ervoor dat alle aandrijvingen in de beste vorm onze werkplaats verlaten. Mede door deze rol in de werkplaats is het belangrijk om goed samen te werken met de collega's om je heen. Facta Facts - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.300 en € 4.800, afhankelijk van je ervaring. - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband volgens de cao Metalektro. Je kunt ADV-dagen inruilen voor een hoger salaris. - Een tantièmeregeling en een goede pensioenregeling. - Ruimte om opleidingen te volgen en door te groeien. - Veel afwisseling, technische uitdaging en collega's die hun vak verstaan. - Vers fruit en korting op je sportabonnement. Wie ben jij - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek op niveau 3 of 4. - Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als monteur in een elektrotechnische of mechanische omgeving. - Een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige manier van werken. - Genoeg technische overtuigingskracht om collega's aan te spreken en samen de kwaliteit te verbeteren. - Je kunt technische bevindingen helder vastleggen in het Nederlands en Engels.
