En tant que monteur-régleur, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement de la production.

  • Vous préparez les machines, réalisez les réglages nécessaires et garantissez une fabrication conforme aux exigences de qualité, de sécurité et de productivité.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'un accompagnement approfondi pour maîtriser progressivement les spécificités des machines et des produits.
  • Vous préparez, montez et réglez les machines de production de ressorts.
  • Vous réalisez les réglages nécessaires avant le lancement de la production.
  • Vous fabriquez des ressorts, bobines et autres pièces sur base de plans techniques.
  • Vous assurez le suivi de la production et corrigez les éventuelles dérives.
  • Vous contrôlez la qualité des pièces à l'aide des instruments de mesure adaptés (pied à coulisse, micromètre, torsiomètre, balance, projecteur...).
  • Vous complétez les documents de production et de contrôle qualité.
  • Vous effectuez la maintenance de premier niveau (nettoyage, graissage et contrôles).
  • Vous appliquez les procédures de sécurité, de qualité et les standards de production.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec les opérateurs, le responsable de secteur et le responsable de production afin d'assurer une production optimale.
  • Vous participez à votre montée en compétences grâce à un parcours de formation interne et à l'accompagnement de collègues expérimentés.
